Wooden greenhouse ECO - description

 

Wooden greenhouse ECO are made in Latvia and it will always make your house and garden look lovely. Its construction is made following gardener advice and taking into account nature of seasons. Greenhouse frame is easy to install and it requires no foundation. Price for greenhouse is rather low.

Greenhouse dimensions: 
Height and width of the greenhouse is correspondingly 2.45 meters and 2.05 meters. Standard set is available in three lengths: 2 meters, 4 meters and 6 meters. If you need another length, do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our best to help.

Width of the greenhouse allows planting in two beds on both sides of the greenhouse leaving room for a walkway between the planting beds. There is a door at the one end of the greenhouse and an opening ventilation trapdoor at the other end.

A standard sized, 6 meters wide polythene, polycarbonate or glass is used for greenhouse covering. In order to better fix the polythene there are two bands available for each polythene covering.

Greenhouse frame is made of planed softwood. Wood is treated with special antiseptic material to protect it against rot, decay and blue fungus. A plane and smooth wood with round edges and cross section 40x40 mm is used for making the greenhouse.




The frame kit includes all necessary components: half-finished wooden materials, screws, pins, angles, joints, hinges, as well as detailed installation instruction. Foundation: the greenhouse needs no special prepared foundation. It can be placed directly on the ground. However, in order to extend the lifetime of greenhouse framework we recommend you to place the greenhouse construction on some bricks, concrete plate or wooden timbers.

Wind protection: For additional protection against wind, we recommend to anchor the greenhouse to the ground by setting wooden poles into the ground and fastening the framework with screws.

It takes approximately 2 hours and installation requires no particular technical skills. All you need is a screwdriver and a hammer. You can use our band to fasten polythene with screws or clamps. The installation instruction is supported by pictures, which will make it easier for you to install it.
